Richard Elliot-Square Founder & Chief Executive Officer Richard has enjoyed a wide ranging career as director of private and public companies in both the UK and USA, and developing businesses and contacts throughout Africa, the Middle East and Far East since the 1970s. In 1996 Richard founded Telecom Plus, which has grown to a FTSE 250 listed company now called Utility Warehouse carrying a market capitalisation of c.£925m. Deeply embedded in Malta, Richard represents CSB Company and Sotheby’s International Maltese interests in the UK.He was an army officer in the 3rd Dragoon Guards. Marcus Elliot-Square Director Marcus has carved a career as an expert in telecommunications involving development and roll-out in new countries and technologies. He has delivered tangible results in roles such as Special Projects Manager for Setel Powerline where he established global networks of resellers, added £m’s in new revenues and won industry awards; and as COO for Northcott, a global emergency response firm, which doubled its annual turnover under Marcus’ tenure. Previously Marcus was a Major in the Grenadier Guards in the British army with 18 years service, deploying assets from North America to Europe and the Middle East. Keith Brent Director Keith has considerable international payment card operational and sales experience with American Express, working in their UK offices for over 18 years. During this time, he held senior management roles in a) Customer Service – Head of the American Express lodge card, over 100 staff and a turnover of over $5b. B) Sales and relationship management experience, heading up European teams for channel sales of American Express cards. Since leaving American Express, Keith has worked as a freelance consultant, on projects for Visa Inc, in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. During this time, he has also done consultancy work for Card Acquirers, Franchise Sales and mostly recently, worked for over 2 years with a Fintech start-up money transfer company. Ray Attard Director and Advisor Ray has detailed experience of high level commerce in Malta as the former CEO of Enemalta Corporation and CEO of the Malta Transport Authority. As well as local expertise, his large company strategy and integration experience will be invaluable for guiding TWP’s portfolio companies as they expand into markets and sell into complex customers e.g. Telco or Banking. Previously he has held several MD positions with Group 4 Securitas across the Middle East and senior technical roles in several Mediterranean infrastructure and industrial companies. Joseph Zammit-Tabona Board Advisor Joseph will be a key sounding board for both Malta-related matters and TWP dealings having qualified as an accountant in 1971, rising to senior partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2000. He has served as Chairman of the Malta Accountancy Board between 2000 to 2009, Chairman of Malta Enterprise between 2003 and 2006, Chairman of the Malta Stock Exchange plc from 2006 to 2009, and Chairman of FinanceMalta between 2007 and 2009. He is currently Chairman of the Valletta Cruise Port plc, Tigne Mall plc, Insignia Cards Ltd.
